Temperature Data Sets
OPS-5 Here’s a quick look at a few of the available Temperature data sets that cover the last century and a half. Obviously the science is not settled. There isn’t even agreement on what the temperature is or has been over the time period where measured temperatures are available. Regardless, none of these temperature set movements are out of the ordinary when compared with temperature fluctuations over the last 12,000 years of the Holocene interglacial warm period we are currently living through (refer back to OPS-4 – GISS-GISP Superimposed).
